You’ll ensure all messaging aligns with our brand voice and strategic priorities, while fostering collaboration across departments to craft compelling narratives that resonate with our internal and external audiences. Reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager, key responsibilities include:

Developing and delivering communication strategies that support internal and external brand and engagement objectivesCreating content for multi-channel communication plans including publicity, campaigns, events, and educational initiativesEnsuring consistency in messaging and tone across all platforms in line with brand guidelinesCollaborating with product, marketing, sales, servicing and other teams to develop impactful narrativesManaging the communications calendarManaging internal communications to enhance employee engagement and alignmentAll about youWe are seeking a communications professional who brings creativity, strategic thinking, and a collaborative mindset. You will ideally have:

A degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related discipline5+ years’ experience in a communications, content, or brand role (preferably within Financial Services)Proven ability to develop and deliver integrated communication strategiesExceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills across multiple formatsStrong stakeholder engagement and project management capabilitiesA keen eye for detail and a passion for brand consistency and audience engagementAre you with us? - apply now!
