Job DescriptionOperationsAssoicate assists the Digital Operations Officer in various auxiliary operations such as downloading and extractions of various mobius reports, contacting clients regarding various transactions and other operational tasks that are consistent with the Bank’s business objectives, internal policies and procedures, controls and regulatory standards.
Major ResponsibilitiesOperations and Transaction Processing – Contacts accountholders for certain transactions involving their digital accountsControl and Risk Management - Maintains an acceptable level of digital operations consistent with internal policies, procedures, standards and regulatory requirementsCustomer Service - Ensures consistent and timely delivery of services to internal customerQualificationsBachelor’s Degree, preferably in Business Administration or related disciplinesFresh graduates are welcome to applyKnowledge in banking operations, products and services including its digital platformsKnowledge in basic accountingProficiency in verbal and written communicationTeam player and can work with other peopleHigh level of integrity; Reliable and trustworthy; Takes accountabilityExcellent analytical skillsWilling to be assigned Makati or near areas.
