The Integrated Marketing Communications Officer leads and contributes to the implementation of Institutional/BPI Marketing-led campaigns and Segment/Product/Channel thematic, activation, and promo campaigns delivered in identified points of presence, whether online or offline, consistent & conforming to standards (i. e. architecture, tonality, personality, formats/layouts) in a highly digitized world. He/she supports the Integrated Marketing Communications Head and/or Senior Integrated Marketing Communications Officer in ensuring that the brand communications are aligned with the enterprise brand strategy and may lead or assist in the day-to-day processes to deliver collaborative creative campaigns that are on-strategy, on-brand, and on-time.
He/she also manages the day-to-day relationship with Creative Agencies and collaborates with BPI stakeholders for the key categories supported. Core Responsibilities:
Supports the Integrated Marketing Communications Head and/or Senior Integrated Marketing Communications Officer in the execution of integrated marketing communications campaign requirements Brand and Segment/Product/Channel (SPC); Ensure adherence to the established brand guidelines, tone-of-voice, and enterprise brand strategyReviews and aligns SPC communication strategies with Integrated Marketing Communications Head and/or Senior Integrated Marketing Communications Officer/Squad Lead; collaborate with stakeholders in the creative development process set on all SPC communications campaignsManages the day-to-day relationships with Creative Agencies, SPCs, and other internal stakeholders.
Ensures that budgets and timelines for projects handled are adhered toEnsures all Project Value Realization Reports (PVRR) for IMC-led campaigns are monitored and completedQualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Marketing, Management or any relatedMinimum of 5 years in Media planning, communications marketing, content marketing, branding
