It involves strategizing with various teams and leveraging on analytics to create personalized offers and programs that anticipate customer behavior and drive campaign success. Responsibilities Campaign Development and Execution: Plans and executes campaigns designed to generate incremental revenue, improve customer profitability, and enhance retention, all while maintaining optimal cost-to-revenue ratios. Prepares campaign briefs, mechanics, business cases, and secures necessary approvals. Collaboration and Communication: Proactively works with teams like CIA, Data Science, and Segment, fostering alignment and resolving issues.
Develops clear communication plans and ensures mechanics are suitable for multiple channels. Strategy and Optimization: Defines, updates, and manages campaigns through their lifecycle. Utilizes insights from data to continuously optimize performance and refine strategies. Accesses and analyzes performance reports to identify opportunities for improvement. Competency Building and Strategic Support: Builds expertise through regular training, knowledge-sharing initiatives, and serves as a resource for strategic projects. Process Automation: Creates automated campaign workflows using campaign management platforms to streamline execution and improve efficiency. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or any-related filed Professional experience in Marketing, Project Management, and Customer Analytics
