The Private Wealth Client Service Officer is primarily accountable for assisting the Relationship Managers in managing Private Wealth accounts and/or supporting sub-units. Responsibilities Supports the Private Wealth Relationship Managers (RMs) in servicing both prospective and existing clients Familiar with products and services available in Private Wealth Assists in reminding RMs on their deliverables to ensure timely execution/settlement.
Checks the completeness and accuracy of the transactions Overseeing all audit and compliance requirements of all teams (CDD, Hold Mail, LOA, Doc Def, Dormant and other compliance related matters) Liaison officer for Audit/Compliance matters Coordinates and monitors the team’s TMS, document deficiencies and regularization of documents Ensures that all team’s transactions were done and requests were already sent to centralized operations group Assists RMs and acts as alternate officer in absence of the Private Wealth Relationship Managers on client services activities Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in business/finance At least 3 years of experience in client servicing
