The Digital Content Officer i s responsible for creating, curating, and managing high-quality digital content across various platforms, with a strong focus on social media. This role requires a creative storyteller with a solid understanding of media principles, social media trends, and audience engagement strategies. The ideal candidate will be proficient in copywriting, graphic design, and video production, ensuring content is aligned with brand identity and marketing goals. Key ResponsibilitiesContent Creation & Management Develop and execute content strategies for social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, X, YouTube, etc. ). Create engaging copy for posts, captions, blogs, and digital campaigns.
Design static visuals using tools like Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or Illustrator. Produce short-form and long-form video content using editing software (e. g. , Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut). Schedule and publish content using social media management tools (e. g. , Hootsuite, Buffer, Meta Business Suite). Social Media & Digital Engagement Monitor social media trends and adapt content strategies accordingly. Engage with online communities, respond to comments/messages, and foster brand loyalty. Analyze performance metrics and optimize content based on insights (reach, engagement, conversions). Collaborate with influencers, partners, and internal teams to amplify content reach.
Media & Brand Alignment Ensure all content adheres to brand guidelines and tone of voice. Support media campaigns with digital assets and content. Assist in the development of digital advertising materials (banners, sponsored posts, etc. ). Collaboration & Coordination Work closely with marketing, design, and communications teams. Coordinate with external vendors or freelancers when needed. Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas. Preferably with at least 3 years' experience in ad agency or similar role.
