The Portfolio Campaign Management Officer is primarily responsible for the execution of strategic and tactical customer portfolio campaign actions throughout the customer lifecycle of the Business Banking clients from acquisition to deepening, to loyalty and retention in order to contribute to the overall profitability of the Business Banking Group. Duties And ResponsibilitiesAssist in identifying opportunities based on data-driven analyses and market research to drive efforts around customer acquisition and portfolio growth. Works with various internal and external business units (i. e. Marketing, Credit Risk, and IT/Business Data Warehousing, Enterprise customer intelligence, CRM, external research agencies, etc.
) to identify gaps, develop a learning agenda, create research plans and design business studies and innovation-focused insight generation activities to enable immediate customer activation, deepen customer relationship through proactive upsell/cross-sell/balance-building/re-availment of relevant products and services, enhance customer loyalty and retention that will contribute to the overall profitability of the BB business. Provide support to Sales and Marketing teams in designing and executing acquisition and portfolio campaigns.
Reviews, coordinates and provides analysis and recommendations to the Sales Heads to ensure that campaign objectives, target market, product fulfillment and offers are aligned with the relevant to the customer segment needs and business priorities. Coordinates with the Sales team to identify and understand the needs/wants of the various customer segments, market trends and opportunities, and monitors and analyses competitive activity in order to provide more targeted/localized, compelling and differentiating programs. QualificationsBachelor's degree in Business or ManagementAt least 5 years' work experience in the sales, marketing, and other financial management related role.
Good people management and interpersonal skills, strong in oral and written communication, and process oriented. High proficiency in MS Office, MS Powerpoint, MS Excel.
