Job SummaryAn Operations Associate is primarily responsible for evaluation of non-financial transactions and assists in compliance-related requirements. Responsibilities Receives and evaluates non-financial transactions. Prints and releases reprinted Plan Contracts. Handles the coordination of non-financial cases that need legal advice. Handles the communication of deferment reasons to clients and monitoring of submission or compliance of lacking requirements. Prepares letters to clients to confirm the approved non-financial transactions for mailed documents received. Assists in the reconciliation of various plan-related float items. Prepares Monthly Proof Verification Report (MPVR) of Operations accounts. Alternate of Collection and Accounting staff. Assists in compliance-related functions.
Handles the retrieval of New Business Documents and Memorandum of Agreement of Group and Corporate accounts. Scans and indexes images of Ayala Plans documents for uploading to ECM, when necessary. Point person in records keeping (Crown) and scanning of documents (Infomax). Attends to client inquiries and assists in servicing of walk-in clients. Qualifications College graduate preferably with a business-related degree Meticulous in documents evaluation, efficient and effective in customer handling Must be willing to be assigned in Makati City Basic computer applications (MS Office), Product knowledge Communication skills (oral and written), and multitasking capability
