The Operations Staff provides assistance to his/ her supervisor by checking the transactions for officer’s approval. Responsibilities Performs GL-SL balancing of managed account. Updates or uploads SLs to support GL regularly. Monitors tempo and other managed GL account and escalates to concerned unit for proper and timely resolution. Prepares management and regulatory reports in a timely and accurate manner. Checks accuracy and completeness of all accounting entries prior to submission within the given cut-off. Reviews documents, proof sheets and reports in a timely and accurate manner.
Complies with the existing Bank policies and control procedures and performs other task for the accomplishment of Department’s goal. Qualifications Graduate of any 4 year Bachelor’s/College Degree, preferably related to Business, Banking or Finance Accounting graduate is an advantage Adept in the needed MS Office systems Fresh graduates are welcome to apply Willing to be assigned in Makati
