Job Summary Develops the Bank's career management framework with the objective of offering a fulfilling employment to Unibankers, leading to their professional growth and the organizational growth of the Bank Identifies the functional competencies per job family and the corresponding competency levels across the various levels of the enterprise Develops functional development programs in partnership with L&D to reinforce the functional competencies Crafts assessment tools to measure functional proficiency levels Develops other interventions to create a competent and learning-centric workforce Qualifications A minimum of 5 years' experience in career management, organizational development, learning & development, or related HR disciplines.
Proficiency in quantitative analysis. Excellent communication skills. Strong facilitation abilities. Proven track record in training design and delivery.
