You’ll handle transactions, assist with consumer lending, and connect members to products and services that help them thrive.What You’ll DoOpen and maintain personal and business accountsRecommend products and services that meet member needsProcess deposits, withdrawals, payments, wires, and fraud packetsPrepare and disburse consumer loans within guidelinesBalance cash drawer/TCR and maintain security standardsSwitch between teller and member service functions as neededDeliver exceptional service and build lasting member relationshipsWhat You’ll BringA high school diploma or equivalent2–5 years of experience in teller, cashier, or member/customer service rolesPrevious sales and/or lending experienceStrong communication skills and a service-first mindsetAbility to prioritize, stay detail-oriented, and work with diplomacy and tactComfort with Microsoft Office and frequent public interactionWhy Lighthouse?Interpersonal Awareness & SkillsAt Lighthouse Credit Union, every team member is a leader.
