Business Relationship Manager

We are expanding our Business Relationship managers team and are looking for a Business Relationship Manager who will take a strategic role in managing relationships with our corporate clients. This position is critical in ensuring not only smooth onboarding but also the long-term satisfaction and retention of our most valued clients. The selected candidate will have the opportunity to join our team in either Vilnius or Kaunas.

You should find interesting to: ·      Manage relationships with business clients throughout their lifecycle·      Support onboarding processes and ensure smooth communication with internal teams·      Identify client needs and offer suitable solutions·      Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records·      Assist with day-to-day inquiries and support the long-term satisfaction of clientsSkills to succeed in this position:

·      1–2 years of experience in B2B relationship management, account management, or corporate onboarding — preferably in fintech, banking, or financial services·      Excellent communication and relationship-building skills·      Proactive, analytical mindset with strong attention to detail·      Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments and manage multiple priorities·      Fluency in Lithuanian and English·      Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field. Master’s degree is a strong advantageSalarySalary for this position ranges from 1720 – 2330EUR gross (before taxes). The final offer depends on your experience, competence, and motivation.
