Therefore, it constitutes a gateway for international opportunities. You will join a multi-cultural team with substantial exposure to banking units across all continents and you will work on projects across our German-speaking client base:Supporting the Relationship Managers and Product Specialists in creating new business opportunitiesPreparing and delivering client presentations and supporting other coverage initiativesPerforming financial and strategic business analysisParticipating in the preparation and execution of transactions for the Banking & Corporate Finance team in close cooperation with product teams including but not limited to Transactional Banking, Debt Financing, Corporate Finance and MarketsEnsure compliance with regulatory requirements and Santander policiesExperienceFirst work experience gained (preferably in activities related to Corporate and Investment Banking) or a sound passion for financial concepts as well as strategic thinking.EDUCATIONDegree in Economics, Business Management or Finance preferable.Skills & KnowledgeStrong academic track record (preferably in business administration, finance, accounting and/or economics)First work experience gained (preferably in activities related to Corporate and Investment Banking) or a sound passion for financial concepts as well as strategic thinkingMotivated, proactive behaviour, strong attention to detail, ability to multi-task, team playerHighly proficient in spoken and written German and English. Spanish optionalCommitment to Banco Santander’s high ethical standardsFurther RequirementsOur internships last preferably six months. The precise period will be arranged individually. Please attach a copy of your supporting documentation in English and indicate your availability.
