We are working with a leading international law firm who are looking for an Associate Solicitor to join their Banking and Finance team within their Dublin office.The Role:The successful candidate will join an esteemed Finance department, advising on a range of domestic and international transactions, ranging from real estate investment to corporate debt, to fund finance. The candidate will advise on matters such as fund facilities and structures, leveraged acquisition finance transactions, enforcement strategies, and restructurings.The candidate will act for a diverse, high-profile client base, supporting both lenders and borrowers in multi-jurisdictional transactions.
