Are you passionate about corporate banking and client relationship management? Join SRTIP Accelerator and help guide clients through the corporate bank account opening process in the UAE!Key Responsibilities:Assist clients in selecting suitable banking solutions based on their company structure.Manage end-to-end corporate bank account opening processes, including appointments and document collection.Build and maintain strong relationships with bank relationship managers.Educate clients on documentation, KYC norms, and account types (Mainland/Free Zone/Offshore).Ensure proper verification of client documents to avoid delays.Track account opening status in CRM tools and internal trackers.Handle client inquiries and escalations related to banking services.Promote additional financial services like merchant accounts, international banking, currency exchange, or credit facilities.Stay updated on UAE banking policies and compliance standards.Qualifications & Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field.2–3 years of experience in banking, financial services, or a business setup company in the UAE.Strong knowledge of UAE corporate banking processes and KYC/AML regulations.Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.Customer-focused with attention to detail and follow-through.Proficient in MS Office; CRM experience is a plus.We are looking for someone who can join immediately.
