You’ll work at the heart of the Financial Sector ecosystem - partnering with leading organizations in Banking, Card Payments, NPL Servicing, Wealth Management, and cutting‑edge FS startups. Expect high impact, steep learning curves, and a front‑row seat to the future of financial services.Key Responsibilities Support senior members of the team in analyzing client business/ operating models, identifying inefficiencies, and recommending solutions to drive operational excellence and business growth Assist in the design and implementation of business transformation initiatives, with a focus on improving processes, reducing costs, and enhancing customer experience Participate in client workshops, meetings, and presentations to gather information, contribute ideas, and support the development of recommendations Prepare reports, presentations, and business cases to communicate findings and recommendations to client stakeholders Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful execution of transformation projects Contribute to the documentation of business requirements/ specifications enabling our clients advance in the digital and innovation world What you bring matters One (1) to three (3) years of previous working experience in financial services, management consulting, or similar fields either in consultancy firm or industry player. A sharp analytical mind, coupled with the ability to tackle complex problems head-on, transforming information into actionable insights. Exceptional communication and presentation skills, enabling you to convey ideas with impact and clarity.  A proven track record of thriving in collaborative team environments, where your unique perspectives are valued. Business analysis mindset to deliver change in business and/or operating model of PwC clients. Understanding of modern business and operating models in financial services with a view to deliver change in the way PwC clients operate and position themselves. Ability to comfortably address problems and meet requirements at a strategic and execution level. A confident and positive attitude, focused on teamwork and communication with colleagues and clients at all levels. An experienced professional with grit, who enjoys taking ownership and embraces challenges as growth opportunities.
