Job Description

Paralegal: Generally $50-$62K to start. However, Salary negotiable depending on experience and ability. ResponsibilitiesPrepare Chapter 13 and Chapter 7 Bankruptcy Petitions. Basic motions and court filings. Client support and calendaring.QualificationsBankruptcy Paralegal Experience preferred but not required. Bachelor's degree required. Salary competitive and performance based.Legal Assistant: $52k. Assisting clients calling and texting. Basic motion filings. Will train the right person. Opportunity for advancement.
