You will be responsible for coordinating weddings, corporate functions, gala dinners, and luxury private events within one of Venice’s most iconic venues. Your leadership, attention to detail, and organizational excellence will help deliver world-class events that reflect the heritage and prestige of San Clemente Palace Venice.Your main responsibilities will include:• Planning and executing all banqueting and event operations from setup to completion • Leading and managing the Banqueting team to ensure impeccable service and presentation • Liaising with clients, event planners, and internal departments to ensure all requirements are met • Collaborating with the Executive Chef and F&B team to create customized menus and event experiences • Managing event logistics, layouts, and timelines to guarantee smooth coordination • Monitoring event budgets, revenue targets, and cost controls • Maintaining the highest standards of quality, hygiene, and safety throughout operations • Ensuring compliance with brand standards and service excellence at every event • Supporting the F&B leadership team in developing innovative concepts to enhance event offeringsWhat We're Looking For• Previous experience as a Banqueting Manager, Events Manager, or similar role in a 5-star hotel or luxury venue • Proven ability to manage large-scale events and multiple functions simultaneously • Strong leadership and communication skills with a guest-oriented mindset • Excellent organizational, planning, and problem-solving abilities • Financial acumen with experience in budgeting, cost control, and P&L management • Hands-on approach with high attention to detail and operational excellence • Fluent in English and Italian (additional languages are an advantage) • Professional appearance and demeanor consistent with luxury hospitality standardsWhat We Offer• A prestigious leadership position within one of Europe’s most exclusive luxury resorts • Opportunity to manage extraordinary events in a breathtaking historical setting • Competitive compensation and benefits package • Accommodation, meals, uniform, and on-property benefits • A dynamic, supportive, and multicultural work environment • Career development and professional growth opportunities within luxury hospitalityApply NowReady to lead exceptional events at San Clemente Palace Venice?
