About the jobMissionWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Technical Lead to join our Identity team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the technical implementation and optimization of our workflow-based solutions, built on the Flowable (low-code) platform. Your expertise in developing solutions in the Finance or Identity sector will be crucial in driving our platform to success. You will be a key player in bridging the gap between business requirements and technical implementation, ensuring efficient and scalable solutions. Responsibilities This is what we expect of you:

Lead the design, development, and implementation Identification, KYC, and invitation customer process flows using the Flowable platform. Analyse business requirements and translate them into technical specifications and process flows. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the development team based in Vietnam. Ensure the quality and performance of the solutions through code reviews and peer review of test automation scenarios. Collaborate with stakeholders from various departments (Sales, Finance, Identity, IT, etc. ) in different countries to understand their needs and provide effective solutions. Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to process flows.

Maintain comprehensive documentation of process flows and technical specifications. Stay up-to-date with the latest AI trends and Flowable platform updates. Contribute to the continuous improvement of our development processes. We would be happy to seeWe are looking for candidates who have: A Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

3 to 5 years of experience as a Technical Lead or Developer. Preferably experience working with BPMN process engines such as Flowable, Camunda, or Activiti. Preferably good understanding of regulations and industry standards (e. g. PSD3, SCA, eiDas) in the Finance / Identity sector. Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively within diverse teams. Proficiency in English is a must; fluency in Dutch or French is a strong plus. Familiarity with API development and testing tools like Postman. Programming experience in Java or equivalent. A good grasp of database systems (e. g. , PostgreSQL, MySQL).

Knowledge of version control tools such as Git. Experience working in agile environments (Scrum, Kanban). Comfortable working in cloud environments (GCP experience is a big plus).
