Join us and become part of an innovative and collaborative team as we grow together.Role DescriptionThis role requires flexibility and strong multitasking abilities, as the Barback may also assist Bartenders and support other operational areas to ensure seamless bar service.Key Responsibilities: include preparing and restocking bar stations, ensuring all bar tools and ingredients are readily available, maintaining hygiene and cleanliness in bar areas, organizing inventory and supplies, and providing support during busy service periods. The Barback plays an essential role in maintaining bar efficiency and upholding the restaurant’s service standards and operational excellence.QualificationsPrevious experience in restaurant, bar, or café operations, preferably in a barback or bar support role.Basic knowledge of bar tools, glassware, beverage preparation, and hygiene standards.Ability to multitask and perform various duties such as restocking, cleaning, and assisting bartenders during service.Strong sense of responsibility, discipline, and teamwork.Customer-oriented attitude with good communication and interpersonal skills.Physically fit and able to work in a fast-paced environment.Willing to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays.High school or vocational school graduate (Hospitality, Culinary, or related field is an advantage).Indonesian citizens only.
