Bar Manager

The Hardiman Hotel is looking for an experienced and driven Bar Manager to join the team .This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate hospitality professional looking to take the next step in their career and lead a vibrant and dynamic bar team.Key Responsibilities:Lead and manage the bar team to consistently deliver outstanding service. Oversee all bar operations, including stock management, ordering, and scheduling. Create innovative drink menus and ensure a high-quality beverage offering. Manage budgets, control costs, and drive profitability through effective strategies. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations. Provide training and mentorship to staff, fostering a positive and productive team environment. Collaborate with other departments to enhance the overall guest experience. What We're Looking For3-4 years Experience in Irish HospitalityProven experience as a Bar Manager or in a similar leadership role in hospitality. A strong understanding of bar operations, mixology, and inventory management. Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills. A passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
