Strategic Planning & Growth – Deliver robust forecasting, scenario modelling, and performance insights that guide ambitious expansion. Leadership & Capability – Build and develop a high-performing, succession-ready finance team with the skills to support a scaling organisation. Operational & Process Excellence – Introduce systems and practices that simplify complexity, automate processes, and unlock actionable insights. Board & Stakeholder Engagement – Present clear, influential reporting to the Board, ELT, and key stakeholders, translating complex data into business intelligence. QualificationsAbout YouCA/CPA qualified, with proven CFO or senior finance leadership experience in a dynamic, scaling business. Commercially fearless — confident in challenging, influencing, and driving change at the highest levels.
