The ideal candidate will have a passion for coffee, strong communication skills, and a commitment to delivering the best possible experience to our customers.Responsibilities:Prepare and serve coffee and tea beverages that meet quality standards.Properly handle and maintain all equipment.Respond to orders, questions, concerns, and complaints in a polite and efficient manner.Accurately handle cash and credit card payments, following appropriate cash-handling procedures.Serve customers quickly and efficiently, ensuring that their needs and expectations are met.Maintain cleanliness and organization in the work area.Follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines for all products.Regularly check temperatures of freezers, refrigerators, and heating equipment to ensure proper functioning.
