From La Terrazza - one of the most spectacular restaurants in Italy - to our Pool Grill Restaurant and Cocktail Bar, culinary excellence is in our DNA.   For the next season, we are looking for a Barista - Coffe Specialist to join the team at our La Terrazza Restaurant.  The candidate should have exceptional taste and exemplary customer service skills. The primary objective is have a deep love for quality coffee, excellent cappuccino abilities, and a desire to provide an outstanding customer experience.The candidate reports to Restaurant Manager. Main duties & responsibilities: Prepare and serve a wide range of coffee-based beverages (espresso, cappuccino, latte, macchiato, etc.) with high standards of quality and presentation; Ensure perfect grinding, tamping, and extraction for every cup; Maintain cleanliness and proper functioning of coffee equipment (espresso machine, grinders, etc.); Process cash transactions accurately and efficiently; Maintain a clean and organized work area; Collaborate with the team to ensure fast and efficient customer service; Manage stock of coffee, milk, and other ingredients, reporting replenishment needs; Contribute to a warm and friendly atmosphere for all customers; RequirementsPrevious experience of 2 years as Barista, preferably in a specialty or high-volume coffee shop; Excellent knowledge of coffee preparation techniques and different origins/varieties; Strong customer service orientation and ability to build rapport with clients; Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment; Valid HACCP Certification.
