What you will do:Create diverse beverages menuEffectively manage food and beverage inventory, ensuring that stock levels are maintained and orders are placed in a timely manner to avoid shortages or wastageProvide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and addressing any concerns or special requests promptly and professionallyImplement strategies to upsell food and beverage items, maximizing revenue and contributing to the overall profitabilityYou will fit in this job if you:Min. high school diploma, additional education/certification in hospitality management or related field is advantageousMin. 2 (two) years of working experience in the food and beverage industry, preferably as a barista in cafe/resto/hotel settingStrong customer service orientation with excellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to engage with guests and work collaboratively with other departmentsWilling to be placed at Bobocabin Gn.
