Project Manager - Perth (Garden Island)We’re looking for an experienced Project Manager to deliver a defence project based at Garden Island, Perth.

This role will play a key part in ensuring the successful execution of project deliverables across time, cost, quality, and safety, while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships.

Key ResponsibilitiesManage end-to-end delivery of commercial construction projects valued from $5M-$20MCoordinate planning, procurement, delivery, and project close-outBuild and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and other key stakeholdersSupport and coordinate project teams to ensure collaborative and effective project deliveryMonitor and manage project budgets, forecasts, and progress reportingEnsure compliance with all HSEQ requirements throughout the project lifecycleNavigate complex operational environments, often within live or sensitive sitesPromote and reflect Barpa’s Blueprint values and commitment to Indigenous engagementAbout YouTertiary qualifications in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field5+ years of experience delivering commercial construction projects over $5MExcellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skillsSolid commercial awareness and focus on project efficiency and valueCompetent in MS Project and the Microsoft Office SuiteDemonstrated commitment to safety, quality, and environmental standardsExperience on Defence or Government projects will be highly regardedBenefits and perks:
