Barpa Pty Ltd is a majority Indigenous owned commercial construction company. The core of our business is the construction of technical and complex facilities, which incorporate innovative design. Many of these construction projects are managed within a live operational environment and require careful and detailed planning. Our clients include various Federal and State Government departments, Universities, Councils, Not for Profits, Private Companies and Tier One contractors. We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Senior Contract Administrator to join our Perth team, this role is based on Garden Island, WA.

As a Senior Contract Administrator, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing all aspects of contract Administration, including contract preparation, negotiation, execution, and monitoring. You will work closely with our project managers and site team to ensure compliance with contractual obligations and deadlines. ResponsibilitiesOversee contract preparation, negotiation, execution, and monitoringCollaborate with project managers and legal teamsEnsure compliance with all contractual obligations and deadlinesMaintain accurate records and documentationProvide support in resolving contract-related issuesQualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Construction management, or a related fieldAt least 7 years of experience in Contract Administration within in a building construction Experience working on defence projects is highly desired Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneouslyExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsProficient in Microsoft Office Suite and contract management softwareBenefits and perks:
