Project Manager

I’m partnering with a pioneering early-stage biotech developing first-in-class in vivo CAR-T therapies with proprietary IP and a clear path to clinic. This is a unique opportunity to join at a formative stage, where your decisions directly shape the trajectory of a breakthrough therapeutic platform. Working closely with the CSO and founding team, you will lead cross-functional project management from preclinical development through to key strategic milestones. This is a role for someone who combines deep scientific understanding with operational excellence in cell & gene therapy, ideally CAR-T, gained in a biotech setting.

Key ResponsibilitiesLead and coordinate cross-functional projects from early discovery through preclinical developmentManage CROs and vendors, ensuring quality, speed, and value in deliveryDevelop and maintain project plans, budgets, and timelines aligned to strategic goalsProactively identify risks, troubleshoot challenges, and keep programs on trackSupport strategic initiatives including fundraising preparation and partnering activitiesDrive clear communication across teams, turning complex data into actionable insights for leadershipAbout YouEssential: Experience in cell & gene therapy (CAR-T strongly preferred) within a biotech environment is essential. Pure industry or academia is not the right background for this role.
