Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage client engagements, ensuring delivery of high-quality consulting services. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in the life science sector. Provide strategic insights and data-driven recommendations to support clients' business objectives. Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented work environment.
Identify new business opportunities and contribute to proposal development. QualificationsBachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Business, or a related field; advanced degree (e. g. , MBA, PhD) preferred. Minimum of 5 years of experience in consulting, preferably in the life science or healthcare industry. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Fluent in Japanese and English, with excellent presentation skills.
