Game Show MKE presents a live hosted experience featuring stage show games like The Feud, 20 Second Challenge, Pop Goes the Lyric, and more. Nine Below introduces a fun, team-oriented twist on indoor miniature golf. NorthSouth Club is home to Wisconsin's first full-size deck shuffleboard facility, complete with 16 axe throwing lanes. Splash Studio is the premier “wine & paint” concept in Wisconsin – with a full bar and a great vibe. The New Fashioned offers family friendly activities like Hyperbowling, curling, and dartball in the heart of Milwaukee’s downtown Deer District.

Slingshot Bar will be the world’s first indoor slingshot arena paired with a full bar. Opening Fall 2025 in West Allis, Wisconsin. Our guests come to us for memorable experiences, to celebrate life events, or just spend time with friends, family, and colleagues. They can easily make reservations online or plan custom events with help from our dedicated in-house Sales Team. Each brand maintains its own distinct voice, target audience, and atmosphere, while all operations are centrally managed under the Bars & Rec umbrella.

Job DescriptionThe Marketing Project Manager is a detail-oriented and creative team player who supports the day-to-day execution of marketing efforts across digital, social, and on-premises channels. Reporting to the Director of Marketing, Brands, & Partnerships; this role assists with content creation, graphic design, social media scheduling and monitoring, email newsletters, media outreach, and campaign coordination.

Specific job tasks include:   Digital Marketing SupportParticipate as Bars & Rec’s chief storyteller/influencer/documentarian. Be on camera, showcase venue personalities, give “behind-the-scenes" looks, and capture the process of making projects come to life through social media. Create engaging social content that converts attention into action (reservations, foot traffic, etc. ). Establish Bars & Rec venues as “the place to be in Milwaukee”. Draft and schedule social media posts across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc. ) in alignment with the content calendar. Engage with audiences by responding to comments, messages, and tags.

Monitor social trends and suggest creative ideas for reels, stories, and campaigns. Graphic Design SupportAssist in the design of marketing materials, signage, digital graphics, and social media content using Adobe Creative Suite and similar design tools. Resize and reformat creative assets for use across platforms (print, digital signage, social media, email, etc. ). Support content collection efforts, including scheduling photo/video shoots and organizing media libraries. Email MarketingCreate effective email & SMS (text) marketing to retain and reactivate our audiences. Produce newsletters and promotional emails (copy writing, layout, and scheduling). Maintain and update email lists and segmentation for targeted communications.

Media & Public RelationsAssist in managing media relations to expand brand Bars & Rec’s visibility and authority. Assist with drafting and distributing press releases, media alerts, and event announcements. Help maintain media contact lists and track press coverage. Coordinate media opportunities including influencer visits, interviews, and promotional giveaways. Campaign & Activation SupportAssist in planning and executing on- and off-site marketing campaigns and brand activations. Help coordinate logistics for events, promotions, and seasonal installations. Track campaign metrics and contribute to reporting efforts. Administrative & Team SupportProvide general support to the marketing department, including tracking projects, managing deadlines, and organizing assets.

Support project management and ensure campaign deliverables are on time and on brand. Job Location and TierThis position is classified as a Tier 4 On-site Employee. Per the Remote Work for Exempt Employees Policy in the Bars & Rec Employee Handbook, On-site Employees are expected to work onsite on a regular basis. The Marketing Project Manager is eligible to request a Remote Work Agreement if he/she wishes to work remotely (i. e. for schedule writing, special projects, proposals, etc. ). A company laptop will be provided. This job will also have access to a desk/shared workspace onsite at a facility.

Work is performed in Milwaukee, WI to ensure availability for content gathering, guest and staff interactions, in-person meetings, and events. SupervisorThis position reports directly to the Director of Marketing, Brands & Partnerships. Time Commitment The Marketing Project Manager is expected to work at least 40 hours per week. Hours will be needed during daytime, evening, and weekend times depending on meetings, special events, and business needs. Must have an associate or bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or applicable field of study. Must have at least 2 years of experience in a professional marketing job with social media responsibility. Must have experience with social media management platforms.

Must be proficient in video production, photography, and graphic/creative design. Must have experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Mac platform preferred); specifically InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat, Lightroom and AfterEffects. Must have experience in a professional hospitality setting. Must have excellent communication skills, especially writing. Must have excellent time management, organizational, and project management skills. Must be able to work independently and contribute in a team environment. Must have (or be willing to obtain) personal transportation and a personal cell phone. Must have working knowledge of Microsoft Office. Must be able to carry up to 50 lbs.
