We don't chase trends or replicate the past,we create experiences for those shaping LA's present and future.The RoleThe Bartender delivers exceptional, precise beverage service with enthusiasm in a sophisticated, high-volume environment.ResponsibilitiesElevated Service & ExecutionDeliver sharp, efficient guest service with professionalism, enthusiasm, and a positive, self-assured approachDemonstrate comprehensive, confident knowledge of all cocktail recipes, food menus, and the selection of spirits, wine, and beerFlow & InfrastructureMaintain clean, organized, and stocked bar stations at all timesManage all transactions using the point of sale (POS) system efficiently and accuratelyComplete opening, closing, and side work duties and follow cash handling and reporting procedures accuratelyTeam & ComplianceAdhere strictly to all company policies, procedures, and state/local alcohol service regulations, as well as Health & SafetyPerform additional support tasks and duties to assist coworkers or as requested by leadersQualifications & Prerequisites3+ years of experience in a high-volume, quality-focused restaurant or cocktail bar environment is strongly preferredAble to lift up to 40 pounds repeatedly and stand for extended periods throughout a shiftCompensation$20/hr + TipsEqual Opportunity Employment We are an equal opportunity employer; we celebrate diversity and are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees.
