An exciting opportunity has arisen for an ambitious, diligent and attentive individual to join the Whipps Cross Surgery team at Barts Health as a Service Delivery Manager. The role would be ideal for ambitious individuals seeking an operations management experience, working closely with internationally recognised clinicians and a wider, multi-disciplinary team in a fast-paced acute setting. This is a key post within the management structure, as you will be responsible for the operational performance of the service as well as its on-going cross site development.

The role will require an adaptable and well-rounded approach, whilst ensuring as a priority that the day-to-day operational delivery of the service is sound. The Service Delivery Manager is responsible to the Service Manager for the overall performance of those services within the remit of the role. This position will be responsible for the day-to-day delivery of services to patients in accordance with agreed objectives, targets, quality standards, controls and resource constraints. Barts Health is one of the largest NHS trusts in the country, and one of Britain’s leading healthcare providers.

The Barts Health group of NHS hospitals is entering an exciting new era on our improvement journey to becoming an outstanding organisation with a world-class clinical reputation.
