The L1 IT Support technician will be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting for desktop computers and IT-related issues. Day-to-day tasks include responding to help desk support requests, assisting users with technical issues, and ensuring efficient operation of information technology systems. Qualifications Technical Support and Troubleshooting skillsExperience with Desktop Computers and Information TechnologyHelp Desk Support experienceStrong problem-solving abilities and attention to detailExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamRelevant IT certifications are a plusA degree in Information Technology or a related field is beneficial
