That’s where you come in – won’t you join us?About The PositionThe individual in this role is responsible for training, mentoring, and evaluating the performance of survey technicians and Crew Chief I's, ensuring the team is well-coordinated and effective. The ideal candidate possesses excellent communication skills, demonstrates strong problem-solving abilities, and shows a commitment to continuous learning and improvement. A deep understanding of advanced surveying technology and methodologies, along with substantial field experience, is essential for success in this role.

Open to Independent Contractors as well for this opportunity if not local to area**Requirements3-5 years Land Survey Experience. Experience in construction staking, boundary, topo, etc. Familiarity with Trimble software and equipment. Valid driver's license with minimum 5 years driving experience and clean driving record. Attention to detail. Ability to work independently. Ability to lift 50lbs. Willingness to work outdoors. Willingness and ability to work overtime. Travel and weekend work may be required.
