If you're motivated by targets, confident engaging with customers, and take pride in offering quality service, this opportunity is built for you.Minimum Requirements:Matric Certificate (essential)Certificate in Sales or a related field – NQF 5Up to 3 years’ experience in a retail sales or automotive fitment environmentBasic MS Office and ERP system proficiencyStrong communication skills (verbal and written)Valid driver’s license (preferred)Key Responsibilities:Actively generate new sales and close deals to meet set targetsBuild relationships with clients while managing leads, quoting, and closingTrack daily/weekly/monthly sales performance and submit reportsMaintain and grow customer accountsConduct market research and report on competitor activityDeliver product presentations and attend events, trade evenings, and trainingLiaise with debtors to assist in credit control and account follow-upsCollaborate with warehouse and management to forecast demand and manage stockMonitor and manage stock levels, buying patterns, and customer consignment needsEnsure accurate stock rotation and returns (including claims stock)Provide input on customer-specific stock planning and forecastsWork closely with warehouse team to resolve stock issuesDeliver high-quality customer engagement and serviceResolve queries, follow up proactively, and maintain professional communicationProvide customers with POS materials, stands, training, and product supportUpdate customer information and keep CRM systems accurate and currentAdhere to all company procedures and safety regulationsMonitor gross profit and cost-saving opportunitiesOptimize use of company resources and reduce unnecessary expensesReport risks, cost deviations, or irregularities to managementSkills:Proactive and results-drivenResilient and customer-focusedAction-oriented with strong planning and organising skillsAnalytical thinker with a hands-on approachComfortable in a sales and technical fitment environmentCompany Values:Honesty and IntegrityMutual Respect and TrustOpenness and TransparencyTeamwork and AccountabilityPassion and CommitmentTo Apply:Submit your comprehensive CV, Matric Certificate & Sales Certificate (NQF5), and a recent head & shoulder photo.If you do not receive feedback within two weeks of the closing date, please consider your application unsuccessful.
