The Project Coordinator is responsible for the management and overall success of the Client Portfolio and is accountable for the end-to-end operational performance of the Client. Responsibilities relate to Revenue and Margin results as well as Quote Success activity. They will:

Work in close partnership with Supervisors, Estimators and TradesCoordinate reinstatement works and schedule appointmentsPrepare job-specific documentation, reports, quotes and invoicesRegularly update systems and all stakeholdersSubmit reports and quotesEnsure repairs are completed in line with our internal and clients' service level agreementsKnowledge And ExperiencePrevious experience as a Project Administrator or Project Coordinator is desirablePrevious experience in interacting with multiple stakeholders at different levelsExperience in the insurance repair industry, facilities management or construction industry is advantageous As the insurance building sector is heavily influenced by insurable weather events, overtime is occasionally required during these event times.
