QUALIFICATIONS;Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or International Trade. Fluent in English both verbal and written. Proficient in MS Office and ERP systems (preferably SAP, etc. )Strong industry knowledge and a well-established customer network. Proactive and entrepreneurial mindset in new market and customer research. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Results-oriented, analytical thinker with strong planning abilities. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES;Identify and actively research new customers and potential markets in the industrial and automotive sectors. Expand the existing customer portfolio and create new sales opportunities. Analyze customer needs and provide appropriate products and solutions.
Monitor market trends and competition to develop strategic sales plans. Manage the entire sales process from proposal preparation to order tracking and delivery coordination. Coordinate with technical and production teams to ensure customer requirements are accurately met. Contribute to achieving sales targets through regular reporting.
