Prepare, execute and control the national POS plan adequate to the seasonality or Brand priorities coordinating the effort with KAMs. Map Rental spaces to track executions. Visit POS to verify activities promotions, market share, prices, levels of distribution, customer service, competitive activity, opportunities. Co-create and execute Joint Business Plans. P&I Management: Track correct execution and implementation of budget, per brand, clients and channel. Review G2N and changes reacting for PLS for North cluster.
Consolidate, through the establishment and measurement of KPIs. Share of space, MS, planogram, assortment by channel, ISPOS, according to the brand or category objectives. Manage trade marketing activities. Guarantee compliance with the guidelines for the correct use of brand design in promotional and advertising materials. Design and create activations according to main Road Map. PO generation, contract services review, coordinate shipments of materials, coordinate samples, Pharmacovigilance. Who You Are University degree in Marketing, Engineering or related careers.
At least 3 years of experience in trade marketing and have worked in either a consumer goods company or a pharmaceutical company within the OTC division (Mandatory). Advanced English proficiency (Desirable). Requires ability to work in teams. Work under pressure, always oriented towards achieving results and able to manage complex negotiations.
