This role is pivotal in connecting and informing our people across the country, ensuring no one is left out of the loop when it comes to strategic and operational developments.

You’ll be responsible for managing and evolving our internal communications channels, including our weekly newsletter and our intranet platform. You’ll also play a key role in coordinating PR campaigns, supporting media production, and upholding brand standardsThis is a hands-on, fast-paced role that requires a proactive communicator with strong writing skills, a systems mindset, and a passion for storytelling. Key ResponsibilitiesLead the planning, writing, editing, and publishing of Bayleys’ weekly internal newsletterManage and maintain our internal intranet platform ensuring content is accurate, engaging, and up to date. Coordinate internal communications across departments and regions, ensuring consistency and clarity.

Develop new and engaging ways to share stories and updates across the business. Manage the group calendar on the intranet, including events, sponsorships, and campaign releases. Provide training and support to staff on using our intranet, including creating documentation and video tutorials. Coordinate PR campaigns with external copywriters and media outlets, and manage content uploads Provide monthly reports on newsletter engagement Liaise with Bayleys Foundation partners and assist with event coordination and promotion. Act as a backup for media production and digital content management, including social media posting.

Manage multiple email inboxes EssentialSkills & Experience Proven experience in internal communications, content creation, or a similar role. Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills across various mediums. Ability to manage multiple platforms and systems (e. g. CRM, CMS, intranet). Confident sourcing stories and engaging with stakeholders at all levels. Comfortable working under pressure and managing competing priorities. High level of digital literacy and systems orientation. Positive, proactive attitude with a collaborative mindset. Desirable Experience working within the real estate sector or a similar industry. Familiarity with Microsoft Sharepoint, email template builders and Zendesk. Background in PR coordination or media relations.

Experience producing internal newsletters or managing intranet content. Prior involvement with charitable organisations or event coordination. Exposure to reporting and analytics related to communications engagement.
