As a Technical Assistant (TA), you play a key role in that mission. This unique role ensures patients have a smooth, positive experience while empowering sonographers to focus on delivering expert care. This position requires the ability to travel to multiple clinic sites located in: Lansing, St. Joseph, Warrensburg, and Clinton. Additional locations may be assigned based on business needs. * YOU’LL GET:

Travel to clinic sites within your assigned area Call existing clinical sites to confirm the schedule the day prior. Assist clinical staff by calling patients, front desk check-in and check-out, and rescheduling patients.

Prepare patients and exam rooms for ultrasound procedures. Retrieve patient files and obtain medical information relevant to the ultrasound exam. Escort patients and visitors to the exam room. Collect height, weight, blood pressure, and other patient vitals. Conduct patient intake questionnaire forms. Assist medical professionals with patient examinations or procedures. Assist in updating and archiving medical records and ultrasound images. Clean ultrasound equipment and restock supplies as needed. Other duties assigned by managers. Please note that duties and responsibilities of this position are subject to change and the employee may be required to perform additional tasks as needed.
