Job Purpose & ObjectivesAs part of the Equity Derivatives Trading team, price and manage the risks of the client driven Asia-Pacific activity.
Key ResponsibilitiesManage trading book and trading positionsHave a good understanding of markets and dynamically hedge risks against various potential market movementsPricing of exotic equity derivative products on Asia Pacific and global equity underlyingsMark and monitor the quality of implied market data parameters such as volatilities and dividend curvesClosely work with Sales Trading, Sales and other Trading desksCarry strong emphasis on risk management and perform thorough risk assessments on a regular basisComply with regulatory, contractual and internal rules and regulationsIn cooperation with headquarter, automate pricers and trading tools to improve efficiency and develop the desk capabilitiesReport on performance and potential issues to direct management, and more generally support management as and when requiredQualification & ExperienceMaster degree in Finance and or EngineeringExperience in the Equity Derivatives industry is requiredKnowledge & SkillsStrong mathematical and quantitative skillsStrong interpersonal skillsStrong programming skillsLanguageFluent in EnglishOther Skills (e.
