Job Description

Seeking a detail-oriented and solutions-driven Supply Chain Analyst to support continuous improvement efforts across our global logistics and warehouse operations. This role is responsible for identifying bottlenecks, driving process enhancements, and collaborating with cross-functional teams and external vendors to improve operational performance. The ideal candidate will combine strong analytical capabilities with hands-on logistics experience and a mindset for operational excellence. Key ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with operations teams to identify process constraints, conduct root cause analysis, and implement sustainable solutions. Support the development and deployment of new methods to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance inventory accuracy.

Maintain and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) using structured change management practices. Act as a liaison between internal operations and external vendors to manage day-to-day activities, follow-ups, and escalations. Partner with data teams to build dashboards and performance metrics for improved visibility and reporting. Analyze data sets (cycle times, invoices, etc. ) and recommend optimizations based on performance trends. Assist with project execution, from planning to delivery, including identifying risks and contributing to solution design. Lead or support regular sync meetings and training sessions to align stakeholders and communicate process changes.

QualificationsBackground in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Operations, or a related field. Strong knowledge of end-to-end supply chain functions, including warehousing, inventory, procurement, and logistics. Proficiency with Lean methodologies, problem-solving frameworks, and process documentation. High attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and ability to manage competing priorities independently. Skilled in Excel (pivot tables, formulas, analysis) and Google Workspace tools (Docs, Sheets, Slides). Ability to create process maps, SOPs, and conduct cycle time studies with minimal guidance. SkillsFamiliarity with data visualization tools (e. g. , Tableau, Power BI). Exposure to SQL for data extraction and transformation.

Understanding of reverse logistics or IT asset disposition (ITAD) operations. Experience working in IT logistics, warehouse automation, or high-tech environments.
