该职位来源于猎聘 Job ScopeMeet the annual goals,including growth of revenue;Research prospect and innititive appointment meeting with clients;Provide insurance broker/consultancy service to local clients,identify and solve clients’ problems independently;Focus on BD (Aon China Global Solution) business in North China,specilly for SOE and POE enterprise and contribute new business to relevant Business Unites, such as CPI, FSPG,GRM and H&B, etc,.Give clients one-stop advice on the best insurance products with regard to covering different risks;Clean account receivables falling into requested period;Study and comply with company policy,Broker Guides,System requirements,E&O Compliance,etc.in the daily work;Job RequirementsA recognised University degreePerfer 5-year working experience in insurance company or broker, or enterprise working experience of oversea projectsExcellent understanding of the Belt and Road opportunityAble to communicate and professionally interact with peopleTrack record in sales and new business originationTrack record in dealing with large corporationsExcellent team player including ability to work well with teams in business unites, across organizational boundariesExcellent understanding of the Belt and Road opportunityExcellent sales and marketing skills skills
