This role focuses on building strategic partnerships, expanding liquidity, and strengthening our DeFi ecosystem through meaningful collaborations with protocols, funds, and key industry stakeholders.ResponsibilitiesIdentify and source high-quality blockchain projects for listing on AsterEngage with project teams and conduct due diligence to ensure compliance with Aster’s listing standardsSource, develop and drive meaningful relationships with partners across the crypto and blockchain ecosystemRepresent the platform in industry events and other networking opportunities to boostcompany’s exposure, and forge relationships with potential partnersDevelop and execute business strategies to increase Aster’s visibility and strengthen its market positionCollaborate closely with the Marketing team to strategize and implement marketing campaigns and initiativesPrepare and deliver pitch-decks that effectively communicate the value proposition of our products to partnersStay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory developments in blockchain and DeFiProvide regular reports and updates to senior management on business development progressRequirementsBachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related fieldProven experience in a similar role in the blockchain, cryptocurrency, or DeFi sectorsA track record of achieving targets relating to the generation of leads, onboarded clients and brand awarenessCrypto native and Web3 fluent (emojis, memes, etc) with deep understanding of blockchaintechnology, cryptocurrency markets, and Web 3.0Strong communication and relationship building capabilities with clientsStrong strategic thinking, communication, and negotiation abilitiesSelf-motivated and able to work in a fast-paced, remote environmentProficiency in English is required; Mandarin or other languages is a plus
