Job Responsibilities:Actively engage with domestic central state-owned enterprises regarding overseas investment plans in Central Asia, understand their investment directions and needs, identify cooperation opportunities, and facilitate project collaborations.Establish and maintain long-term cooperative relationships with relevant domestic enterprises to jointly explore investment, construction, and operation of overseas power station projects, advancing projects from preliminary research to implementation.Host international partners, government agencies, and potential clients, showcasing the company’s strength and project advantages, and establishing strong business relationships.Conduct overseas market research, identifying and analyzing potential power station development project opportunities, including but not limited to renewable energy projects such as solar, wind, and hydroelectric power.Assess risks of overseas projects, including political, economic, and legal risks, and formulate risk mitigation strategies.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree or higher, with a background in energy, electrical power, engineering management, or related fields.Familiar with power station project development processes, tendering rules, and overseas investment environments. Russian language proficiency is required, and proficiency in Kazakh is a plus.At least 3 years of development experience, with successful leadership or participation in large international projects.Strong risk awareness and problem-solving abilities, capable of handling the complex and dynamic challenges of international markets.
