We are hiring freshers who are eager to start a high-growth sales career in recruitment/HR services. This role focuses on outbound prospecting, qualifying leads, and supporting the sales pipeline from initial contact to handover.Role & ResponsibilitiesProactively prospect and generate qualified leads through cold calling, targeted email outreach, and social touchpoints.Qualify inbound and outbound prospects against target criteria and book discovery calls or demos for senior sales colleagues.Maintain accurate lead, contact, and activity data in the CRM and update pipeline stages to reflect real-time progress.Collaborate with recruitment specialists and account teams to ensure smooth handover and follow-up on qualified opportunities.Achieve weekly and monthly outreach KPIs (call volume, meetings booked, conversion rates) and contribute to team targets.Prepare concise pipeline reports and feedback on market trends, objections, and product fit to improve outreach effectiveness.Skills & QualificationsMust-HaveGraduate (any discipline) with strong verbal communication skills in English.Comfortable with on-site work at an India office and flexible to travel locally when needed.Familiarity with CRM platforms (Salesforce / HubSpot / Zoho) and ability to maintain accurate records.Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel for tracking outreach metrics and simple reporting.Motivated, target-driven mindset with a willingness to learn consultative selling techniques.Ability to manage time, prioritize outreach sequences, and follow structured sales playbooks.PreferredInternship or prior exposure to sales, recruitment, or telesales roles.Experience with email automation tools or sequences (e.g., Mailchimp, Outreach).Additional language proficiency relevant to local markets.Benefits & Culture HighlightsStructured onboarding and sales training with mentorship from experienced account managers.Performance-linked incentives, clear KPI-driven career progression, and fast promotion path for high performers.Collaborative, coachable culture focused on learning, measurable impact, and real client outcomes.How To ApplyIf you are an ambitious fresher excited to build a sales career in HRTech and meet the must-have criteria, apply now for the Business Development Executive (BDE) role – on-site in India.
