A Group of Company is looking for Sub Assistant EngineerJob Description / ResponsibilityEnsure smooth mechanical operation of the plant by actively managing shift-level responsibilities and responding to mechanical issues promptly. Supervise and coordinate manpower efficiently to ensure maintenance and operational tasks are completed on time and within quality standards. Support in preparing technical specifications, equipment lists, and purchase requisitions for mechanical spare parts and tools when requiredAssist senior engineers in planning and executing preventive and corrective maintenance schedules. Demonstrate proficiency in CAD software to read, interpret, and modify mechanical drawings and layouts as needed.
Ensure strict adherence to company’s safety protocols, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and environmental guidelines. Exhibit strong communication and interpersonal skills while interacting with team members, supervisors, and contractors. Collaborate effectively with other departments, vendors, and team members to resolve technical issues and improve equipment efficiency. Provide support during installation, commissioning, and testing of new machinery, equipment or plant. Educational RequirementsDiploma in MechanicalSkills Required:
