GreenVille City is looking for Assistant Manager/Deputy ManagerJob Description / ResponsibilityJob Location: Al-Razi Complex C-Suite (5th Floor), Purana Paltan, DhakaResponsibilities & Context: Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets. Identify and generate new leads through field visits, phone calls, and referrals. Arrange project visits and guide clients throughout the property-buying process. Prepare client visit plans (daily/weekly/monthly). Maintain strong communication with prospective and existing clients. Handle inquiries, objections, and client concerns with professionalism. Collect required client documents and assist with deal closure and registration. Maintain a well-organized customer database and prepare sales reports.
Ensure excellent after-sales service and build long-term client relationships.
