Job Description / ResponsibilityConduct business analysis using a strong foundation in statisticsManage data collection, storage, and organization processes. Perform statistical analysis using tools such as SPSS. Interpret research findings and prepare detailed reports and presentationsLead and coordinate research projects from planning to executionProvide mentorship and support for junior team membersStay updated with the latest trends in market research and statistical methodologies.
Design and execute both qualitative and quantitative surveysArrange and manage respondents for surveys and testingConduct field visits for survey administration and activity evaluation (inside and outside Dhaka) Organize and implement blind tests (both in-house and outdoor). Oversee market visits for real-time data and insights. Ensure accurate data entry and analysis using SPSS.
