The role involves overseeing staff, coordinating with kitchen and service teams, managing event logistics, maintaining high standards of hygiene and quality, and ensuring client satisfaction across all events—on-site and off-site. Key Responsibilities:

Plan, coordinate, and oversee all catering eventsEnsure timely setup and breakdown of service areasSupervise staff, assign roles, and train team membersManage logistics for food delivery, equipment, and staffingMonitor inventory and coordinate stock replenishmentLiaise with vendors and third-party service providersEnsure food safety, hygiene, and SOP complianceMaintain event logs, incident reports, and operational checklistsReport daily activities and suggest improvementsEducational RequirementsBachelor of Business Administration (BBA)Diploma in Hotel ManagementBachelor’s or similar Degree in Hospitality Management or a related fieldSkills Required:

Management, Team Coordination, Kitchen Management, Quality Control Management, KITCHEN ADMINISTRATION, Should have capability to work under pressure, Hotel and Hospitality ManagementExperience RequirementsAt least 3 year(s)The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Event Management, Hotel, Restaurant, Catering, Fast Food Shop, Supply ChainAdditional RequirementsMinimum 3 years of proven experience in kitchen supervision within a professional catering or hospitality environment. Strong knowledge of food preparation, hygiene standards, kitchen operations, and team coordination. Leadership skills and the ability to maintain quality and consistency under pressure.

Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standardsBasic proficiency in POS systems, ERP software, or inventory management tools. Excel or Data Analytics for Operations.
